Course Description
This training program covers all the essential topics for a project management professional. It includes knowledge such as the core competencies required from a project manager; as well as the capability to manage the triple constraints of cost, time and quality. With an emphasis on strategic and business knowledge, this training program will help you to become an adaptable & multi-purpose project manager.
Project Management is a very important and necessary skill for managers, leaders, and the rank & file in the modern business world. This training program will give you a solid foundation in the project management processes from initiating a project, through planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and successfully adapting to various challenges throughout the project.
In this interactive workshop, you will work with others in simulated project teams and learn how to create a realistic project plan using proven tools and techniques. You will also learn how to manage the triple constraints of scope, time and cost. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to develop a schedule and budget; actively manage the risks that could affect your project; and how to manage your team effectively to ensure the highest certainty of success.
This course includes Program and Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum, Waterfall. The course is aligned to PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP). Learners will attain Certificate of Attendance upon course completion.
